Rack plating
Rack plating is a plating method also known as hanging plating or stationary plating.
This process is used for products that are susceptible to scratches, dents, and deformation, as well as relatively large products that are difficult to handle with barrel plating.
Productivity of rack plating
Compared to barrel and hoop plating, it is slightly less productive.
At our company, we use rack plating for rough plating in order to maintain its unique surface structure.
