Hoop plating is also known as reel to reel plating. It plates belt-like products at a continuous speed. It is appropriate for both whole are and partial plating.

With the common plating method, it is hard to control the plating area when plating a product which has a unique shape such as the figure on the left. This is why these kinds of products usually need to undergo the spalling process in after-treatment. However, with our original partial plating equipment, we can control the plating area and plate those products without spalling.

We use an individual jig tailored to each product. This achieves more flexible partial plating and cutdown of the amount of gold used.
